Participation in the BitFi Public Sale is subject to identity verification, sanctions screening, wallet-level risk screening, jurisdictional restrictions, and applicable local laws.
Access may be limited or unavailable depending on the laws and regulations of a participant's country of residence or location.
Restricted Countries and Regions
The Public Sale is not available to participants from restricted jurisdictions, including:
- North Korea
- Iran
- Cuba
- Syria
- Russia
- Belarus
- Myanmar
- Somalia
- Sudan
- Libya
- Yemen
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Mainland China
- Hong Kong SAR
Additional restrictions may apply based on sanctions screening, wallet risk screening, or the final sale terms.
U.S. Participant Eligibility
United States participation is not supported for this Public Sale. U.S. persons and participants located in the United States are restricted and cannot participate.
Verification Notes
All participants must complete the required identity and eligibility checks through Sonar. Sonar may also conduct sanctions screening and wallet-level risk screening.
Passing identity verification does not guarantee allocation. Final participation remains subject to jurisdictional eligibility, sale rules, commitment amount, and the final settlement outcome.
